No. 72, Dated 24th December, 2021- -In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021, the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the said Act shall come into force. 2.
