COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION 24th December, 2021 Notification No. 23/2021 State Tax S.O. No. 66, Dated 24th December, 2021 --In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No.13/2020 State Tax, dated the 25th June, 2020, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 36, dated the 25 th June, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, after the words notifies registered person, other than , the words a government department, a local authority, shall be inserted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1st day of June, 2021. [File.
