Haryana Government Excise and Taxation Department Notification The 2nd February, 2022 No. 07/GST-2.- In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby appoints Joint Commissioners of State Tax (Appeals) for carrying out the purposes of the said Act and vest them with the powers under the said Act and the rules made there under.
