STATE TAXES AND EXCISE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 39/2021-State Tax Shimla-2, the 31st January, 2022 No. EXN-F(10)-4/2021-Vol-II. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of Sections 2, 3 and 7 to 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
