Seeks to amend notification no. FTX.56/2017/Pt-II/659 dtd. 10/08/2021 in order to extend due date of compliances which fall during the period from "15.04.2021 to 29.06.2021" till 30.06.2021. - FTX.56/2017/Pt-V/73 - Assam SGSTExtract GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM ORDERS BY THE GOVERNOR FINANCE (TAXATION) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 24th January, 2022 No.FTX.56/2017/Pt-V/73 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Assam Act No. XXVIII of 2017) (hereinafter in this notification referred to as the said Act ), the Governor of Assam, on the recommendations of the Council, is hereby pleased to make the following amendments in the notification No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-II/659 dated the 10th August, 2021 issued by of the Finance (Taxation) Department, Government of Assam, published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary. No. 378, dated the 16 th August, 2021, namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, (i) in clause (i),- (a) for the figures, letters and words 30th day of May, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 29th day of June, 2021 shall be substituted; (b) for the figures, letters and words 31 st day of May, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 30 th day of June. 2021 shall be substituted; (ii) in proviso to clause (i), - (a) for the figures, letters and words 31 st day of May, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 30 th day of June, 2021 shall be substituted; (b) for the figures, letters and words 15th day of June, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 15th day of July, 2021 shall be substituted; (iii) in clause (ii), - (a) for the figures, letters and words 30 th day of May, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 29th day of June, 2021 shall be substituted: (b) for the figures, letters and words 31 st day of May, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 30 th day of June, 2021 shall be substituted. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30 th day of May, 2021.
