GOVERNMENT OF NAGALAND FINANCE DEPARTMENT (REVENUE BRANCH) F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/I/08(Pt-1)(Vol.II)/129 Dated: 24 th January 2022 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 1 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Act, 2021 (3 of 2021), the State Government hereby appoints the 1 st day of January 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and 7 to 15 of the said Act shall come into force. 2.
