COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT DATE OF COMING IN TO FORCE THE PROVISIONS OF THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021, (TAMIL NADU ACT NO. 27 OF 2021. [G.O. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iii) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2021 (Tamil Nadu Act No.27 of 2021), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 and 7 to 14 of the said Act shall come into force.
