Amendment in Notification No. 13/2020 - State Tax, dated the 21st March, 2020 - ERTS (T) 65/2017/Pt.I/457 - Meghalaya SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 24th February, 2022. No. ERTS (T) 65/2017/Pt.I/457 . - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Meghalaya, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Excise, Registration, Taxation and Stamps Department No.13/2020 - State Tax, dated the 21 st March, 2020 and published in the Meghalaya Gazette Extraordinary Part-IIA vide No. 95, dated 4th May, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2022, for the words fifty crore rupees , the words twenty crore rupees shall be substituted.
