Amendment in Notification No. 21/2018-State Tax (Rate) , dated the 2nd September, 2019 - 20/2021-State Tax (Rate) - Delhi SGST

FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-I) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 22nd March, 2022 No. 20/2021-State Tax (Rate) No. F. 3( 166 )/Fin.(Exp-I)/2021-22/DS-I/200. -In exercise of the powers conferred by subsections (1) of section 11 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of this Government, in the Department of Finance (Expenditure-VI), No. 21/2018-State Tax (Rate) , dated the 2nd September, 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(12)/Fin(RevI)/2019-20/DS-VI/381, dated the 2nd September, 2019, namely :- In the said notification, in the TABLE, - (i) against S. No. 4, for the entry in column (2), the entry 4414 shall be substituted; (ii) against S.No. 29, for the entry in column (2), the entry 7419 80 shall be substituted; 2.
