Seeks to amend Notification No. F A-3-51-2019-IV (29) dated 04th May, 2020 - F A 3-51-2019-1-V(17) - Madhya Pradesh SGST

Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 23 rd March 2022 No. F A 3-51-2019-1-V(17). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules. 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in this Department s notification No. F A-3-51-2019-IV (29) dated 04 th May, 2020 namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2022, for the words fifty crore rupees , the words twenty crore rupees shall be substituted.
