GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF EXCISE AND TAXATION (EXCISE AND TAXATION-II BRANCH) NOTIFICATION The 26th April, 2022 No. S.O. 38/P.A.8/2022/S.1/2022 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Punjab Goods and Service Tax Act (Amendment) Act, 2021(Punjab Act No.8 of 2022) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab, is pleased to appoint the 1st day of June, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of section 6 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
