Amendment in Notification No. SRO-366 dated 4th of September, 2018 - S.O. 52 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT-FINANCE DEPARTMENT Notification Srinagar, the 7th February, 2022 S.O. 52 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by SubSection (1) of Section 11 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification SRO-366 dated 4th of September, 2018, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table,- i. against S. No. 4, for the entry in column (2), the entry 4414 shall be substituted ; ii. against S. No. 29, for the entry in column (2), the entry 7419 80 shall be substituted ; 2. This notification shall deem to have come into force w. e. f. the 1st day of January, 2022. (Sd.)
