Amendment in Notification No. SO 113 dated the 29th March, 2021 - S.O. 54 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT-FINANCE DEPARTMENT Notification Srinagar, the 7th of February, 2022. S.O. 54. -In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (6D) of Section 25 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments which shall be made in the notification No. SO 113 dated the 29th March, 2021, namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, after the words hereby notifies that the provisions of , the words, brackets, figure and letter Sub-Section (6A) or shall be inserted.
