Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 320/2022/01(120)/XXVII(8)/2022/CT-01 Dehradun : Dated: 04 May, 2022 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest: NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, Finance Section-8, No. 330/2020/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2022/CT-13 dated the 20th May, 2020 namely- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1 st day of April, 2022, for the words fifty crore rupees , the words twenty crore rupees shall be substituted.
