Seeks to amend Notification No. 03/2021-State Tax, dated the 25/05/2022 - 36/2021-State Tax - Delhi SGST

FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-I) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 11th July, 2022 No. 36/2021-State Tax No. F. 3(12)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/602 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6D) of section 25 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of this Government No. 03/2021-State Tax, dated the 25/05/2022 published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(3)/Fin.(Exp-I)/ 2022-23/DS-I/438, dated the 25/05/2022, namely: - In the said notification, in the first paragraph after the words hereby notifies that the provisions of , the words, brackets, figure and letter sub-section (6A) or shall be inserted. 2.
