HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 18th July, 2022 No. 46/GST-2 .-In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.125/ST-2, dated the 14th November, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
