Seeks to amend Notification G.O. Ms. No. 26, dated 31st March, 2019 - G.O. Ms. No. 14 - Puducherry SGST

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT (G.O. Ms. No. 14, Puducherry, dated 16th July 2022) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of Puducherry issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 26, dated 31st March, 2019 published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No.21, dated 31st March, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2.
