NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government issued in Go.Ms.No.599, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dated 12.12.2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 18th day of July, 2022.
