COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT [ G.O. Ms. No. 122, Commercial Taxes and Registration (B1), 22nd July 2022, Aadi 6, Subakiruthu, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2053 .] No. II(2)/CTR/609(b-9)/2022. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department No.II(2)/CTR/917(e-5)/2017, published at pages 23-26 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated 14th November, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
