STATE TAXES AND EXCISE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 5/2022-State Tax Shimla-2, the 22nd July, 2022 No. EXN-F(10)-5/2022. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of Section 39 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 61 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the GST Council, hereby extends the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of April, 2022 till the 24th day of May, 2022.
