Seeks to extend the due date of payment of tax, in FORM GST PMT-06, for the month of April, 2022 - 6/2022-State Tax - Himachal Pradesh SGST

STATE TAXES AND EXCISE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 6/2022-State Tax Shimla-2, the 22nd July, 2022 No. EXN-F(10)-5/2022 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-rule (3) of rule 61 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the GST Council, hereby extends the due date for depositing the tax due under proviso to sub-section (7) of Section 39 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 in FORM GST PMT-06 for the month of April, 2022 till the 27th day of May, 2022.
