Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 26 th July 2022 No. F-A-3-81-2017-1-V (53).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government. on the recommendations of the Council, following further amendments in this department s notification No. F A-3-81-2017-1-V(144), dated 14 th November 2017 namely:-except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
