Amendment in Notification No. F A 3-04-2022-1-V (23), dated 13th April 2022 - F-A-3-04-2022-1-V (52) - Madhya Pradesh SGST

Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 26 th July 2022 No. F-A-3-04-2022-1-V (52).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 and sub section (1) of section 16 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, following further amendments in this departments notification No. F A 3-04-2022-1-V (23), dated 13 th April 2022, namely :- In the said notification, in Table, against Sl NO. 1. for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2.
