NOTIFICATION Notification No. 10/2022-State Tax (Rate) No. GST-1022/C.R.34(7)/Taxation 1. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 and sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIIIof 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Government notification of Finance Department, No.GST-1022/C.R. 20A/ Taxation- 1.[Notification No. 2/2022-State Tax(Rate)],dated the 8th April, 2022, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part IV-B, Extra-ordinary No. 116, dated the 8th April, 2022, namely:- In the said notification, in Table, against Sl. No. 1, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 18th July, 2022.
