Seeks to amend Notification No. 10/2019-State Tax, dated the 7th March, 2019 - 15/2022-State Tax - Himachal Pradesh SGST

STATE TAXES AND EXCISE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 15/2022-State Tax Shimla-2, the 22nd July, 2022 No. EXN-F(10)-5/2022 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 23 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, No. 10/2019-State Tax, dated the 7th March, 2019, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN-F(10)-5/2019, dated the 8th March, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2.
