Rescinds notification No.45/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 17th November, 2017 - 11/2022-State Tax (Rate) - Mizoram SGST

No.J.21011/7/2021-TAX/Loose GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 11/2022-State Tax (Rate) Aizawl, the 26 th July, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of Mizoram in the Taxation Department No. 45/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 17th November, 2017, issued vide file number J.21011/1/2017-TAX/Vol-III/ /Part(iv), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
