Seeks to amend notification No. 02/2022-State Tax (Rate), dated the 5th April, 2022 - 10/2022-State Tax (Rate) - Mizoram SGST

No.J.21011/7/2021-TAX/Loose GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 10/2022-State Tax (Rate) Aizawl, the 26 th July, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 and sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Mizoram i n the Taxation Department, No. 02/2022-State Tax (Rate), dated the 5 th April, 2022, issued vide file number No.J.21011/7/2021-TAX, namely:- In the said notification, in Table, against Sl. No. 1, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come in to force on the 18 th day of July 2022.
