Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 26 th July 2022 No. F A 3-34-2017-1-V(50) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017). the Stale Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department s notification No, F A 3-34-2017-1-V (67), dated the 30th June, 2017, namely, in the said notification, in the TABLE, against S. No. 1, for the entry in column (4), the entry 6% shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 18 th day of July, 2022.
