Seeks to extend the due date of filing FORM GSTR-3B for the month of April, 2022 - 05/2022-State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Atal Nagar, the 1 st July 2022 NOTIFICATION No. 05/2022-State Tax No. F 10-31/2022/CT/V(53) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 61 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of April, 2022 till the 24 th day of May, 2022. 2.
