Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 4, dated the 2nd January, 2018 - S.O. 173 - Bihar SGST

COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 29th August 2022 S.O. 173, Dated 29th August 2022 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. S.O. 4, dated the 2nd January, 2018, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 10, dated the 2nd January, 2018, namely:- In the said notification, in the sixth proviso, for the figures, letters and words 30 th day of June, 2022 , the figures, letters and words 28th day of July, 2022 shall be substituted.
