COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION 23rd August, 2022 Notification No. 10/2022 State Tax (Rate) S.O. No. 31, Dated 23rd August, 2022 --In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 and sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 02/2022- State Tax (Rate), dated the 22nd April, 2022, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 15, dated the 22nd April, 2022, namely: - In the said notification, in Table, against Sl. No. 1, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 18th day of July, 2022. [File.
