Amendment in Notification No. S.O 183 dated 19th April, 2022 - S.O. 389 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT CIVIL SECRETARIAT, Jammu/Srinagr Notification Srinagar, the 22 nd of August, 2022 S.O. 389 .- In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. S.O 183 dated 19 th April, 2022, namely :- In the TABLE, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted.
