No. 868/2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (20 of 2017), the Government of Kerala, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification issued under G.O. (P) No.89/2019/TAXES. dated 10th June, 2019 and published as S.R.O. No.395/2019 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.1354 dated 19th June, 2019, namely: In the said notification, in the second paragraph, after the fourth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: Provided also that the said persons shall furnish a statement, containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in FORM GST CMP-08 of the Kerala Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 for the quarter ending 30th June, 2022 till the 31st day of July, 2022. . Explanatory Note (This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) On the recommendation of the Goods and Services Tax Council, the Government of Kerala have decided to extend the due date of furnishing FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter ending 30 th June, 2022 till the 31st day of July, 2022. The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
