NOTIFICATION No.- 628/XI-2-22-9(47)/17-T.C.196-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(246)-2022 Lucknow: Dated: July 18, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (V.P. Act no 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification No. KA.NI.-2-1823/XI-9(47)/17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(89)-2017 Dated 04-12-2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
