Amendment in Notification No. SRO — GST-3 DATED 08.07.2017 - S. O. 395 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT CIVIL SECRETARIAT, Jammu/Srinagar Notification Srinagar, the 22 nd of August, 2022. S. O. 395 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. SRO - GST-3 DATED 08.07.2017; namely, In the TABLE, against S. No. 1, for the entry in column (4), the entry 6% shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall deemed to have come into force with effect from the 18 th July, 2022.
