GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(237)/831 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub--section (2) of section 1 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022 (Goa Act 18 of 2022), the Government of Goa hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 15, except section 13, of the said Act shall come into force.
