Amendment in Notification No. S.O 181 dated 19th April 2022 - S.O. 397 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT CIVIL SECRETARIAT, Jammu/Srinagr Notification Srinagar, the 22 nd of August, 2022. S.O. 397 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11and sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification S.O 181 dated 19 th April 2022 namely :- In Table, against Sl. No. 1, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall deemed to have come into force with effect from the 18th July, 2022.
