Amendment in Notification No. 2/2022-State Tax (Rate), dated the 4th May, 2022 - 10/2022-State Tax (Rate) - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Atal Nagar, the 16th August 2022 NOTIFICATION No. 10/2022-State Tax (Rate) No. F 10-39/2022/CT/V(63) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 and sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council. hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. 2/2022-State Tax (Rate), No. F-10-27/2022/CT/V(47), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 12th April, 2022, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary ) of Chhattisgarh, No. 339, dated the 4th May, 2022, namely: - In the said notification, in Table, against Sl. No. 1, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted.
