No. FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1) (Vol. II)/170 Dated: 01 st August 2022 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Nagaland Finance Department (Revenue Branch), F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1)(Vol.I)/65 dated the 21 st March 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1 st day of October 2022, for the words twenty crore rupees , the words ten crore rupees shall be substituted (Taliremba) Commissioner Secretary
