Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 39 dated 29-01-2020 read with S.O. 89 dated 10th March, 2022 - S.O. 434 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT-FINANCE DEPARTMENT JAMMU/SRINAGAR Notification Srinagar, the 9th of September, 2022. S.O. 434. -In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Rule (4) of Rule 48 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. S.O. 39 dated 29-01-2020 read with S.O. 89 dated 10th March, 2022 ; namely :- In the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of October, 2022, for the words twenty crore rupees , the words ten crore rupees shall be substituted.
