Seeks to bring in force provisions of sections 2 to 15, except section 13, of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (amendment) Act, 2023 - 18/2022-State Tax - Delhi SGST

FINANCE (Expenditure-I) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION NO. 18/2022-State Tax Delhi, the 28th June 2023 No. F.3 (04)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2023-24/DS-I/565. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (amendment) Act, 2023 (2 of 2023), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 15, except section 13, of the said Act shall come into force.
