Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya kar Anubhag-2 IN pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 694/XI-2-23-9(47)-17-T.C. 217-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (276)-2023, dated June 13, 2023 : No. 694/XI-2-23-9(47)-17-T.C. 217-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (276)-2023 Dated Lucknow, June 13, 2023 IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification no. 428/XI-2-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (106)- 2020, dated April 30th , 2020, namely : Amendment In the aforesaid notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of August, 2023, for the words ten crore rupees , the words five crore rupees shall be substituted.
