ORDER: The following notification will be published in an Extra Ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Dated:21.08.2023, NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance No.10 of 2023, dated 31st July, 2023 the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints, - (a) the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9,10,11,12,13, 20, 21, 22 and 23 (except sections 14 to 19) of the said Ordinance shall come into force; (b) the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 19 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
