Seeks to extend amnesty for GSTR-9 non-filers - S.O. 474 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

Jammu Srinagar NOTIFICATION Srinagar, the 13 th of September, 2023 S.O. 474 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Finance Department, SO No. 383/2023- Tax dated the 24th of July, 2023, namely: In the said notification, for the words, letter and figure 30th day of June, 2023 the words, letter and figure 31 st day of August, 2023 shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30 th day of June, 2023. By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
