Amendment in Notification No. 13/2017- Tax (Rate), dated the 08th July, 2017 - S. O. 470 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

O. 470 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Finance Department, SRO GST No. 13/2017- Tax (Rate), dated the 08 th July, 2017, namely: - In the notification, in Annexure III, for the words and figures during the Financial Year ___ under forward charge , the words and figures from the Financial Year ___under forward charge and have not reverted to reverse charge mechanism , shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 27th day of July, 2023. By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
