Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya kar Anubhag-2 IN pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1139/XI-2 23-9(47)-17-T.C.228-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (288)-2023, dated September 21, 2023 : No. 1139/XI-2 23-9(47)-17-T.C.228-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (288)-2023 Dated Lucknow, September 21, 2023 IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023 (U.P. Act no. 14 of 2023), the Governor hereby appoints, 1. the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 23 (except sections 14 to 18) of the aforesaid Act shall come into force; 2. the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 18 of the aforesaid Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
