Amendment in Notification No. FTX. 56/2017/Pt-II/545 dated the 22nd May, 2020 - FTX. 56/2017/Pt-V/85-State Tax - Assam SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM Notification No. FTX. 56/2017/Pt-V/85-State Tax, dated April 28, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Assam, on the recommendations of the Council, is hereby pleased to make the following further amendment in the Notification No. FTX. 56/2017/Pt-II/545 dated the 22nd May, 2020 issued by the Finance (Taxation) Department, Government of Assam, published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary, vide No. 220 dated the 27th May, 2020, namely. In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2022, for the words fifty crore rupees , the words twenty crore rupees shall be substituted. This notification shall be deemed to have been issued on the 24th day of February, 2022.
