Appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Nhavan Sheva, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA , EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (ii)] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 5/2009-Customs (N.T.)
