Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 73 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), hereby appoints Shri Sanatan Prasad as Member of the Delhi Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal, for a period of three years from the date of his joining.
