Amendments to Notification No. 80 (RE-2008)/2004-09 dt.16th January 2009-Extension of validity in export of rice by STC TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II SECTION 3, SUB SECTION (ii) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE NOTIFICATION NO. 105(RE-2009)/2004-2009 NEW DELHI , THE 8th MAY, 2009 S .O.1182(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3(2) of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes following amendments to Notification No. 80 (RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 16th January, 2009 , as under. 2. Condition mentioned at S. No. (i) of Para 2.1.7 shall stand substituted as follows: "(i) The above quantity shall be exported through State Trading Corporation (STC) of India, till 30th July, 2009; 3.
